Statement on Coronavirus
We at Woodstock Communications place the safety and health of our employees and customers as top priority. We are taking proactive steps to ensure the continued safety and health by establishing the following practices as it relates to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We also take pride in providing the broadband and telephone services that are needed during these times for parents working from home and children participating in schooling online.
Until further notice, our office doors to the public will be closed. Our office staff is still able to take your calls and address your needs as we always have.
To help ensure the safety of our repair and installation techs, we are taking a few extra steps before they will enter your home.
1. You will be asked if anybody in your home has shown any sign of illness in the past 14 days. If there has been, we will make a decision on entering at that point.
2. If we are to enter, both parties assume and agree Woodstock Communications is not responsible if a contamination occurred.
3. The technician has protective gear and may wear it while entering the home.
We are trying to both protect our employees and provide the services you need. Please call our office if you have any questions or concerns.
