Pay Bill
Woodstock Telephone Terms & Conditions
eBill service is provided by Woodstock Telephone Company. Information collected from you during the eBill enrollment will be used only to assist in presenting your Woodstock Telephone Company bills and in processing payments according to the terms below.
eBill use. By accepting the eBill Terms & Conditions, you authorize Woodstock Telephone Company to deliver bills to you electronically.
If you agree to receive your bills electronically through eBill, you may pay your bills in one of three ways:
A. Electronically through eBill,
B. In our office
C. Through the mail.
Woodstock Telephone Company will not charge you fees for utilizing the eBill service. It is anticipated that most payments will be processed within five (5) business days of date you click to make your payment online. Processed payments may not be canceled or changed. We will make every possible effort to make your payments properly. However, we shall incur no liability if we are unable to complete any payments initiated by you because of any one of the following circumstances:
A. If your credit card account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction or the transaction would exceed the credit limit of your overdraft account;
B. You have provided us with incorrect credit card information or have failed to update your credit card information when changes occur.
Provided none of the two exceptions are applicable, if we cause an incorrect amount of funds to be removed from your payment account, we are responsible for returning the improperly transferred funds to your payment account.
If a Transaction is Returned. When making your payments online through the eBill service, you are requesting the system to make payments for you from your payment account(s). If we are unable to complete the transaction for any reason associated with your payment account(s) (for example, there are not sufficient funds in your Payment Account(s) to cover the transaction), the transaction will not be completed. In that case, you will immediately reimburse us the amount of the payment that has been returned to us plus applicable fees.
Security. Woodstock is required to purchase and install an SSL certificate for their EBPP websites. Woodstock Telephone currently employs an AES-128 bit encryption method for its secure connections to our eBill website.
